At Work4Wellness, I offer thoughtful career coaching that takes a realistic and holistic approach to modern working life.
Work can have a huge impact on our wellbeing, relationships and sense of self; many people find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about what comes next.
Together, we’ll explore what matters to you, identify what’s getting in the way, and create a clearer, more sustainable path forward.
I work with people at many different stages of their careers, from graduates and career starters to returners, career changers, and those navigating redundancy or professional transition.
Whether you’re looking for direction, greater balance, renewed confidence, or support through change, coaching can help you move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
Hi I'm Claire, Career Coach and founder of Work4Wellness.
My approach to career coaching has been shaped by many years working across the charity, education and employability sectors, supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
Through this work, I’ve seen how closely our working lives are connected to our wellbeing, confidence, relationships and sense of identity. I’ve also seen how difficult it can be to navigate careers in a world where opportunities are not always equal, expectations can feel overwhelming, and the “right” path is rarely straightforward.
I created Work4Wellness to offer a more thoughtful and person-centred approach to career coaching , one that recognises that success, balance and fulfilment look different for everyone, and often change over time.
I work with people at many different stages of their careers, including graduates and career starters, career changers, returners to work, and those navigating redundancy, burnout or periods of uncertainty. My coaching combines reflection with practical support, helping clients build confidence, gain clarity and move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable for them.
Much of my professional background has involved supporting individuals facing complex barriers to employment, including mental health challenges, social exclusion and disadvantage.
These experiences have strongly shaped my values and approach to coaching. I believe everyone deserves access to meaningful opportunities, supportive guidance, and the space to define success on their own terms.
Alongside my professional experience, I am currently completing an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology with Coaching Psychology and hold qualifications in coaching, mentoring and supported employment practice.
Above all, I aim to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where people feel able to reflect honestly, explore change with confidence, and develop a healthier and more sustainable relationship with work.

I came to coaching feeling uncertain about my next career step and lacking confidence in my direction. Claire helped me clarify what I wanted from work, recognise my strengths and approach opportunities in a more focused way. The process felt supportive, thoughtful and practical throughout. - Emily R., Marketing Assistant
After months of unsuccessful job applications, I was feeling frustrated and unsure of myself. Working with Claire helped me regain confidence, improve my CV and approach interviews differently. I came away feeling much clearer about the kind of role I was looking for and how to present myself professionally - Sara L., Financial Administrator
Before coaching, work had started to take over most areas of my life. Claire helped me think more clearly about boundaries, priorities and what a more sustainable way of working could look like for me. The process felt supportive, practical and genuinely helpful - David A., Project Coordinator
I'd love to hear from you!
